“The company has reported a profit for the year but remains in a net liability position due to the amounts due to its Parent company which are repayable on demand. The Umdasch Group has provided a letter of financial support to the company confirming that it will provide the necessary financial support for at least 12 months. With this support, directors believe AtPac Limited can meet its financial liabilities as they fall due and hence continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
