“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. On the basis that financial forecasts show an improvement in performance, and given current banking facilities, the directors are of the opinion that the company will have sufficient cash to fund its operations for a period of at least 12 months following the date of approval of the financial statements. The company also has the ongoing financial support of the FSD Group and the directors have received assurance of this ongoing support and are therefore satisfied that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
