“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company is a member of the OCU consolidated group (the "Group") whose intermediate parent entity is Oat Topco Limited. The Company is under common management of the Group and benefits from Group support when needed. The Group has made operating profits and has generated cash from operations during the year ended 30 April 2025, and has continued to generate robust operating profits in the period to the approval of these financial statements. The Directors have assessed the principal risks facing the Group along with forecasts covering the period to April 2027 and determined that there are no material uncertainties to disclose. Consequently, they have continued to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
