“The Company is reliant upon a continued trading relationship with Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd to remain a going concern. The Directors have received no indication that such support may cease within 12 months of the date of this report, although as already noted in the Strategic report, the Company has secured additional funding until at least the end of the 2025 calendar year and there are no indications that further funding would be withdrawn for the 2026 financial year onward. As of 31 December 2024, the Company had a cash balance of £0.3m, alongside.access to a cash pooling arrangement balance of £37.0m. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
