“The directors have prepared forecasts covering the 12 months following the approval of these financial statements. The group's working capital is financed where necessary by a Confidential Invoice Discounting Facility, multi-currency overdrafts and a Promissory Note facility. After reviewing the group's forecasts, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The group therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
