“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company benefits from cross-collateralisation within the UPP (Swansea) Holdings Limited Group. In preparing these financial statements, the directors have considered that, in accordance with the SCA agreement, the Group's cash flows are managed centrally and allocated across all group entities. Accordingly, the directors have assessed the Company's ability to continue as a going concern by preparing a cash flow forecast for the UPP (Swansea) Holdings Ltd Group covering the period to 31 August 2027. On this basis, the directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements, and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
