“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. This is based on preparation of a monthly profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from approval of these financial statements. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
