“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company is expected to have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and are not aware of any reason or intention for the service agreement currently in place to be terminated which would impact the ability of the entity to continue as a going concern over the next 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. Additionally, IHS Holding Limited, the Company's immediate and ultimate holding company has provided the Company with a letter of support and confirmed that it is intending the service agreement to continue for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. Therefore, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
