“The directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Future forecasts for the going concern assessment period to 31 March 2027 across a range of scenarios are reviewed on a regular basis with key stakeholders throughout the year. In order to maintain liquidity to ensure that sufficient funds are available for ongoing operations and future developments, the directors have assurance to access of group funding from FirstSource Solutions UK Limited.”
