“The directors have adopted the going concern basis of accounting for the preparation of the Company's financial statements. The Company's parent, Navitas Petroleum LP, has agreed to provide the necessary financial support to the Company, as and when required, to enable the Company to meet all of its liabilities when the fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. As such, in making their assessment of going concern, the directors of the Company have considered the outlook and financial position of Navitas Petrolcum LP. Taking into consideration the assurances provided by Navitas Petroleum LP and having made duc and careful enquirics of the parent company's management and directors, the directors of the Company have concluded that there is a basis for reliance on the support pledged, and thus that it is appropriate to prepare the Company's financial statements on a going concern basis, as the Company expects to have sufficient funds to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”
