“The parent company, being Brancaster Capital Limited, has confirmed it will not require repayment of its loan to the company, considering the net current liabilities position, within 12 months of the date of signing these financial statements, unless the company has sufficient funds to do so. As a result, we have a reasonable expectation that we have adequate resources to continue operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, we continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
