“The Company made a net loss during the year, largely driven by the movement in the unrealised loss on its investments. However, the Company remains in an overall positive net assets position and with a share purchase agreement that is signed by both the buyer and seller, subject to certain conditions which should materialise by December 2023, the directors have reasonable expectations that the Company's new owners will provide sufficient capital to expand the business and Company will continue post sale and there is no intention to wind it down.”
