“The directors have prepared detailed profit and cashflow forecasts which have been revised quarterly during 2024 to include the current and forecasted growth of the defence, optical and industrial markets. These, together with the results achieved since the balance sheet date, have led the directors to conclude that the company remains a going concern and will be able to meet its liabilities that fall due for a period of at least 12 months from date of approval of the financial statements.”
