“The Company reports net current liabilities for the year and therefore may require support from its parent company, Rocco Forte Hotels Limited. Group companies have agreed to provide additional loan facilities to the Company to support such obligations as and when they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements if required. The Directors believe that the Group and Company have the resources required to settle all liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
