“The Company is reliant upon the financial support of the parent company and a related company, details of which are provided in the related party transactions note. This financial support has continued and, based upon discussions with the ultimate controlling party, the Directors have obtained confirmation that the support will continue for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and have therefore adopted a going concern basis for the preparation of these financial statements.”
