• “MW Environment Baldovie Limited, a fellow subsidiary, has proposed to close one of the plants it operates in Dundee by the end of June 2026. This is due to the plant operating beyond its expected life and is considered as no longer financially viable. This will have an impact on the volume of electricity purchased by the Company from the plant and then sold onto another Group company for onward sale to the end customer. Due to the nature of the transactions and margins involved, there is no significant adverse financial impact for the Company expected from the proposed closure.”
