“The Group's financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis, which contemplates the realisation of assets and the satisfaction of obligations in the normal course of business. However, as the Group continues its growth trajectory with investment in people and systems, it is not yet generating positive cash flow. Based on its current forecast, the Group expects to end December 2026 with approximately USD 7.8 million in cash... Considering all of the above, the directors are satisfied that the going concern assumption is appropriate, which assumes the Group will be able to discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.”
