“The statement of financial position at 31 October 2024 showed the company had net current liabilities amounting to £245,956. At this date an amount of £396,606 was due to subsidiary undertakings who have confirmed they will continue to support the company and will not call for repayment of amounts due until such time that the company has sufficient working capital. After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources and support to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly the financial statements have been prepared under the going concern basis.”
