“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Group's or the parent Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company and Group have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The Group made a profit for the year of £797,305 (2024: loss of £455,496). As at the reporting date, the Group had net assets of £4,405,986 (2024: £3,608,681) and cash balances of £5,311,776 (2024: £5,955,660)”
