“The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through cash generated from operations. The company also holds a cash pooling arrangements with other members of the Bota Parent GmbH group. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts to the period ending 30 September 2026. The forecasts show that the company is expected to have sufficient financial resources available. These forecasts have been stress tested against a modelled reduction in sales volumes and supply chain disruptions. The company is able to weather the impacts in these scenarios and has access to sufficient liquidity where it does not require any new financing. Based on the above the directors are confident that the company will continue to operate as a going concern; and are satisfied the financial statements should be prepared on this basis.”
