“The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis, which assumes that the company will have sufficient financial resources in order to meet its liabilities for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approving these financial statements. The company relies on the support of the wider group headed by Korn Ferry. Korn Ferry has confirmed that it will continue to provide the support the company requires so that the company can meet its liabilities as they fall due. Based on the support provided by the parent undertaking, and taking into consideration the financial position of the company and wider group, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
