“The directors have made enquiries of the ultimate parent company, Viasat, Inc. who has confirmed in writing that it has sufficient financial resources, that it will make available, to enable the Company to continue its normal operating activities as a going concern. Viasat, Inc. has also confirmed it has the financial ability to support the Company for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements to enable the Company to meet its financial obligations as they fall due. On this basis the directors are satisfied that the Company will remain a going concern.”
