“The directors have reviewed the company's forecasts and projections and taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance and the existence of the letter of support provided by the parent company, detailed below, believe that the company should be able to operate within the level of its current facilities. The entity operates as part of a wider group and as such the directors have received confirmation from Norse Group Limited that it will provide, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements, such financial support as is necessary to allow the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due. As a consequence, the directors believe that the company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully despite the current uncertain economic outlook. Accordingly, it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
