“As at 31 December 2025, the company had net current assets of £57,573. Despite reporting a loss during the year, the directors consider the company to be a going concern. The strategic and managerial challenges faced during 2025 are not expected to recur, and the company has sufficient resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future. In addition, as part of the ICTS UK Group, the company has access to financial support if required. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.”
