“The financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis. The directors have considered the Company's future cashflow forecasts, as well as its obligations and commitments, including those provided to all of its subsidiaries, for a period until 30 September 2026 (the "going concern period"). Whilst the Company expects to be cash generative in the going concern period, the directors of the Company have also obtained assurance from AT&T Inc. that the Company will have sufficient financial resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due in the going concern period. The directors consider that AT&T Inc. will be able to provide financial support to the Company, for the going concern period. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis when preparing these financial statements.”
