“The directors have reviewed the Group and Company's going concern position taking into account its current business activities, budgeted performance and factors likely to affect its future performance. Based on the information contained within the accounts the directors have reasonable expectation that the Group and Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
