“In determining the going concern basis of preparation of the financial statements, the Directors have considered the cash position, available resources and related forecasts, which show that based on the current information, the Company will continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future. The Parent has provided a parental support letter confirming that they have the ability to provide financial support to assist the Company in meeting its liabilities as and when they fall due, but only to the extent that money is not otherwise available to the Company to meet such liabilities. The Parent has confirmed that they will provide this support for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the balance sheet. Therefore, the Directors believe that the going concern basis is an appropriate basis for the preparation of the financial statements of the Company.”
