The directors of JRL Group Holdings Limited concluded that the consolidated Group and each individual subsidiary is also a going concern. Where companies in the Group are in a net liability position, the directors of JRL Group Holdings Limited have confirmed that they will provide financial support for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
