• “During the year, SO Modular joined the Group, further strengthening it. SO Modular provides off-site manufacturing capability, enabling the Group to design and manufacture modular components in a controlled factory environment prior to on-site installation. This capability enhances build quality, improves programme certainty, reduces on-site labour requirements and mitigates weather and supply chain risks. On 30 June 2025, the group underwent a reorganisation whereby So Modular Limited was transferred into the group, accounted for using merger accounting in accordance with FRS 102 Section 19.”
