Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers

“In the year to 31 December 2025 the company has made a loss of £2.8m. The directors have therefore had to consider the appropriateness of the going concern basis. The directors consider it is appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis in view of the matters explained below: - The company is a new business that launched in September 2019. It was still in its growth stage when it was heavily impacted by The Covid-19 pandemic. The shareholders remain fully supportive of the company. The directors have prepared detailed forecasts for the 24 months from the date of signing, which if achieved, show that the company will be able to meet its financial obligations as they fall due. The directors believe that, the company has sufficient financial resources to continue operating for at least the next 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. As a result, the directors are of the opinion that the going concern basis remains appropriate.”
Significant events
- “During the year, both shareholders invested £10m each in the form of equity. £17m of this was used to reduce the bank debt with the remaining £3m used to support working capital.”
