• “In Q1 2025, the Group received a dividend of $10 million from its joint venture investment in UBEP. As the declaration of this dividend occurred after the reporting date, it has been treated as a non-adjusting post balance sheet event in accordance with IAS 10.”
• “The Group holds a 7.59% joint operations interest in the Maclure oil and gas field and a 8.2% joint operations interest in the Ballindalloch oil and gas field in the North Sea. In line with a termination letter served by the Gryphon Field Operator on 3 January 2025, and following confirmation that production from the Gryphon Field ceased on 31 December 2024, production from the Ballindalloch and Maclure fields have consequently also stopped on 31 December 2024 and they no longer have an export route. The Group has challenged the NSTA's decision to cease production from Maclure and Ballindalloch oil fields through a judicial review process which is expected to be concluded in the second half of 2025.”
