“Management have prepared budgets and cashflow forecasts that demonstrate that the business can meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Therefore, at the time of approving the financial statements, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.
