  The company is reliant on the support of its parent company and has received assurances from the parent to confirm ongoing funding will be available to the company for a period of no less than 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. However, within the consolidated financial statements for the Group for the year ended 30 April 2025, the directors noted that as a result of certain loans falling due within the going concern review period, a material uncertainty exists which may cast significant doubt on the Group's ability and, due to the above mentioned reliance on the Group, the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
