“The Directors have carefully considered the most appropriate basis for preparing these statutory financial statements and consider it appropriate to adopt a going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. The Company is wholly owned by OAHF with Octopus Affordable Housing Feeder Fund I LP ("OAHF. LP") in turn being its Parent company. OAHF LP has provided a letter of support to support OAHF, which in turn has provided a letter of support to the Company for at least the next twelve months from the date of signing. These letters of support provide confirmation that OAHF and OAHF LP will provide the support necessary for the Company to meet its liabilities and capital commitments as over the course of the going concern period.”
