“As at the date of this report, the Company is no longer subject to UK sanctions restrictions following the de-designation of its shareholder. Taking into account the lifting of the asset freeze, the Company's unrestricted access to its funds, its lean cost base and its cash flow forecasts, the director is satisfied that the Company is a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of this report.”

• “Conflict in Ukraine and Prior Designation of the Sole Controller: On 24 February 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine. The Company has been affected in the past by the UK sanctions regime due to its shareholder, who was designated under UK sanctions. On 22 September 2025, the designation was revoked, lifting the asset freeze.”
• “Cancellation of Part 4A Permission: On 4 July 2023, the Company filed an application with the FCA to cancel its Part 4A permission, which was approved on 31 January 2024. The Company is no longer authorised and regulated by the FCA.”
• “Post-Balance Sheet Events: On 22 September 2025, following a reconsideration of the case, the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office revoked the designation of the Company's sole indirect shareholder under the UK Sanctions Regulation. As a result, the sole indirect shareholder and the Company are no longer subject to sanctions measures in the United Kingdom and the asset freeze measures therefore no longer apply.”
