  We draw attention to note 2.2 in the financial statements, which indicates that the company incurred a loss for the year ended 30 April 2025 of £1,092,550 and as of that date, the company's net liabilities were £1,598,994. The company's ability to continue as a going concern will depend on the ability of management to increase sales and gross profit margin as well as the continued financial support from the parent company and from its' shareholder, Mr L Mazzoleni. These events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in note 2.2, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
