“The financial statements have been prepared assuming that the company will continue as a going concern notwithstanding the net liability position of £2,120,198, as at 31 January 2025 (2024: £3,068,900). The company is expected to continue its trend of profitability for the foreseeable future. In addition it has received confirmation of continued support from a fellow subsidiary undertaking, WorldAware Holdings Limited, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors have no reason to believe that a material uncertainty exists, that may cause doubt over the ability of the company to continue as a going concern.”
