“The director is of the opinion that the Company continues to have adequate resources to continue its operational activities and to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future, based on the director's assessments, including reviewing the projected income based on investor's capital tied in and future expected costs. The director is not aware of any material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt upon the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Therefore, the going concern basis is adopted in the preparation of these financial statements.”
