“The Company's business activities together with the factors likely to affect its future developments and position are set out in the Strategic Report on pages 1 to 2. The Company has recorded a profit before tax in the current year, and the Company's balance sheet shows that it has current assets of £472,537 and current liabilities of £1,053,074 at its most recent balance sheet date. In assessing whether the financial statements of the Company should be prepared on a going concern basis, the Directors have considered the current trading performance, budgets, current market conditions and the longer-term outlook of the Company. The Directors' assessment covered the period to 31 March 2027. If the Company requires assistance to meet its financial obligations, Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. would be able to provide support to the Company. The Directors have received a letter of support from Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. confirming it will be able to provide support to the Company, if needed, until 31 March 2027 in order to allow the Company to operate as a going concern, to the extent reasonably anticipated by base and stress tested forecasts in the ordinary course of business and known litigation/claims/contingencies as at the date of signing the Company's balance sheet.”

• “Subsequent to the year end, a loan owed to the company's immediate parent totalling £92,455 which was due for repayment on September 2024 was extended and is now repayable on 28 August 2026. As a part of this extension, all other amounts owed to the entity's immediate parent were converted into a term loan and have become repayable on the same date.”
