The company is a property development entity that holds investments in subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates, and as such the going concern is dependant on the Group. The directors based on detailed financial projections, are of the opinion that the Group has adequate working capital to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from approval of these financial statements.”
