“The group incurred a net loss of £288,793 (2024: £219,257) for the year ended 31 March 2025 and, as of that date, the group's net current liabilities was £1,648,323 (2024: £2,836,619) and had net liabilities of ££1,174,392 (2024: £943,272). At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue to be supported by its ultimate parent undertaking, Sheikh Holdings Group (Investments) Limited and other group companies to enable the company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
