“The Company is involved in the P&A of Block CI-103, the Directors have reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources and the parent has the ability to provide the required support to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the signing of these financial statements. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and financial statements.”
