“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which assumes that the Company will continue to trade for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements and will be able to meet its debts as they fall due. The Group is reliant on the ongoing support from its shareholder which has confirmed its intention and ability to provide this support. As a result, the directors are confident that the Group's support from the parent entity is sufficient to support the business in the foreseeable future, and accordingly, consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
