In addition, ABI UK Holding 1 Limited, an intermediate parent company of Pioneer Brewing Company Limited, has provided the company with an undertaking that for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements, it will continue to make available such funds as needed by the company to enable the company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
