“The directors are satisfied that the Company has sufficient resources to operate for at least 12 months from the date of signing the balance sheet. The Company had a year end cash balance of £162,000 (2024: £314,000) and net current assets of £21,895,000 (2024: £23,763,000) at the same date. The company had a year end receivable balance of £20,105,000 (2024: £21,599,000) due from Urban&Civic Central Funding Limited, a fellow subsidiary within the Urban&Civic ple group. This company has received a letter of support from Urban&Civic ple and therefore the directors are satisfied that this debtor is recoverable. Cash flow forecasts indicate that current cash reserves are adequate for the requirements of the Company over the course of the forthcoming year. The directors are satisfied with the continued adoption of the going concern basis for the preparation of the financial statements.”
