“The company is part of a group treasury arrangement and hence has obtained a letter of support from the group company, Lions Gate International (UK) Limited, which the directors are satisfied has the ability to provide adequate financial support to the company in order that it can meet its liabilities as and when they fall due, for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.
