“The Directors are satisfied that, due to the headroom in the cash flow forecast and the ability of Group to control its capital expenditures, the business will continue to have sufficient cash available even in the event of any reasonably possible downturn in Group operations. On the basis of their assessment, the Directors of Redwood Technologies Group Ltd expect that Group will be able to continue in operational existence for the period up to and including 31 May 2027, and hence continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
