“The Directors believe that the Group and Company are well placed to manage their business risks successfully and to pay their liabilities as and when they fall due. After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group and Company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, which is at least, but is not limited to, twelve months from the date when the Consolidated Financial Statements are authorised for issue.
