“The Company's forecast and projections, taking account of reasonable changes in trading performance, show that the Company will be able to operate within the level of existing facilities. The directors remain committed to carrying out regular reviews of the Company's cash flow to monitor the ongoing situation. Therefore, at the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
