“Having reviewed the group and parent company's post balance sheet trading and financial forecasts and expected future cash flows, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group and parent company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. The group and parent company continue to hold reasonable cash reserves to shelter against the general economic climate and to continue operationally. Thus the going concern basis has been adopted in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.”
